Where To Sample The Best Hard Cider In The Hudson Valley

MID HUDSON VALLEY, NY—There's good news for those who enjoy hard cider. There are more places in the Hudson Valley to sample and buy the delicious alcoholic drink made from fermented apple juice. A 2013 Farm Cideries Law, signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, made it easier for farms to get a license if they made cider with apples grown exclusively in New York State. As a result, the number of New York cideries has tripled.
