4 Hurt In Stabbings Near Port Authority Bus Terminal, Police Say
Four people were injured during a bloody brawl near the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — Blood littered the streets of Midtown Manhattan on Monday night after a knife fight broke out near the Port Authority Bus Terminal, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
The street brawl originated on West 36th Street and Eighth Avenue when a 27-year-old man got into an argument with Reginald Law, Troy Britt and Brannovan Martinez, police said. The argument escalated when the man stabbed, Martinez and fled the area, police said.
Martinez, Law and Britt — armed with a tire iron and knives — chased after the man and confronted him on West 41st Street and Eighth Avenue, police said. Another melee broke out at the location, with all four men suffering stab wounds, an NYPD spokeswoman said.

Britt and Law were taken into custody at the scene of the fight on West 41st Street and Eighth Avenue and rushed to nearby hospitals, police said. Martinez was found on West 46th Street and Sixth Avenue, police said. All three are facing gang assault charges, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Police did not reveal the identity of the 27-year-old and did not say whether the man is facing charges.
