Brooklyn Woman Slashes Ex-Husband In Midtown: Police, Reports

MIDTOWN, NY — A woman stands accused of slashing her 68-year-old ex-husband near Greeley Square early Saturday morning, according to police and reports.

The woman, 52, pulled out a knife during an argument near Sixth Avenue and West 31st Street just before 1 a.m. Saturday, according to police and Daily News report.

The woman slashed her ex in the cheek and left hand then fled, according to police and the report.

Police said first responders rushed the man to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. The News reports officers cuffed the Brownsville woman in a nearby subway station.

While police officials told Patch that charges were pending, the Daily News reports that Tyler faces assault and weapons charges, among others.
