Cardi B Reportedly Throws Shoe At Nicki Minaj At NYFW Party

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Cardi B and Nicki Minaj apparently got into an altercation at a New York Fashion Week party Friday night. The incident reportedly happened at a Harper's Bazaar party at The Plaza Hotel.

According to TMZ, Cardi "aggressively approached" a table where Nicki was sitting with her crew. The publication reports that Cardi lunged towards Nicki but security stopped her. She then threw her shoe at Nicki but missed, per TMZ.

Page Six reported that two were walking off the red carpet when the fight started. There was also apparently a giant fist full of hair on the floor, per Page Six.

One source told Page Six that the fight started because someone pushed Cardi from behind while another said Cardi was the instigator. A photo showed that Cardi suffered a bump to her head and Page Six reported that her dress "was ripped totally down the back." A photo also showed Cardi leaving the party without a shoe.

Cardi later took to Instagram to talk about why she had a problem with Nicki. In her post, Cardi claimed that Nicki had made comments about her ability to take care of her daughter. (You can see the full post here but be warned that it contains expletives.)
