Construction Worker Injured At Midtown Site, FDNY Says
The worker was injured when they were struck by an object, an FDNY spokesman said.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A construction worker was injured on a Midtown Manhattan work site Wednesday morning after being hit with an object, an FDNY spokesman said.
Emergency personnel responded to 1287 Broadway, located between West 32nd and 33rd Streets, Wednesday morning for reports of an injured worker, an FDNY spokesman said. The spokesman could not confirm that the worker was injured by falling debris, but did say that they were "hit by something."
The city Department of Buildings has been called to the scene to investigate, a department spokesman said.
