Delivery Man Robbed By 4 In Midtown: Police

A quartet of crooks stole a package from a delivery worker on Madison Avenue, officials said.

MIDTOWN, NY — A delivery worker was robbed of his package by four people on Madison Avenue, police said.

The robbery occurred as a 21-year-old man was making a delivery to a building on Madison Avenue and East 33rd Street on Nov. 13 at around 8:30 p.m., police said.

A group of four men came up to him and demanded his delivery, forcibly taking it from him, officials said.

Officials said that all four men took off with the worker's delivery — police didn't specify what it was — and piled into a dark-colored SUV, fleeing west on East 34th Street.
