Gunshots Hit Food Cart Worker In Manhattan, Police Say

MIDTOWN, NY — A 29-year-old food cart worker was shot in the arm on Wednesday morning in Times Square, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the man was shot at 4:49 a.m. near West 47th Street and Seventh Avenue.

When officials arrived at the scene, they found the man conscious and alert, and medics rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition, police said.
