HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — A man was hospitalized after a car crash on Tuesday morning, New York City Fire Department officials said.

Officials told Patch the FDNY got a call at 11 a.m. that a pedestrian had been struck by a car and pinned on West 53rd Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue.

The man was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue following the crash in stable condition, New York City Police Department said.

Police said no arrests have been made yet, and the investigation into the incident is underway.
