Museum of Ice Cream Coming to Meatpacking District July 29

The museum will have a "swimmable rainbow 'sprinkle' pool," balloons you can eat, and a "collaborative massive ice cream sundae."

You'll want to milk every minute you have in the upcoming Museum of Ice Cream in the Meatpacking District right near the Whitney and the High Line. The museum, dedicated to all things ice cream, is opening July 29 and will be open every day of the week except Tuesday until Aug. 31.

The museum's so-called "interactive highlights" are a "sprinkle" pool you can swim in, edible balloons, and what they're calling an immersive chocolate room and collaborative massive ice cream sundae.

"Guests will swing on an ice cream sandwich made for two, seesaw on an ice cream scooper and find their match/favorite flavor on a custom app in Tinder Land," the museum's website says.
