MIDTOWN, NY — A new Panera is coming to Midtown and they're looking for 100 hungry customers to give a year of free meals to on their opening day.

On Dec. 5, the chain will open their sixth bakery-cafe location in New York City in an on-the-go format for the modern urbanite hustling to their next stop.

When doors open on Madison Avenue between East 40th and 41st streets, it will also kick-off a two-day promotion from the new Panera where 100 lucky customers could win free meals for a year.

The promotion will give lucky winners a years worth of free "You Pick Two" meals — a self-selected combo of two half-portioned entrees — for a whole calendar year.

Guests will also receive a Panera tumbler.

With this small-format store, the emphasis is on quick grabs with no dining tables — aside from a lean bar — and most of the space is geared towards pick-up service.
