Woman Groped On Q Train, NYPD Says

On a downtown-bound Q train, a man approached a woman and grabbed her by the breast, before running away in an unknown direction.

MIDTOWN, NY — New York City Police Department officials said this week they were looking for a man who groped a 27-year-old on a Q train headed downtown at 57th Street subway station.

According to the NYPD, on Feb. 16 at 7:50 p.m. on a downtown Q train, a man approached a woman and grabbed her by the breast, before getting off the train and running away in an unknown direction.

Police are still investigating the incident, and have not made any arrests, but have released surveillance footage of the suspect in white pants, a grey hoodie and brown boots exiting the train.

Police said the victim was not injured during the assault.
