Police Still Seeking Woman Behind November Midtown Slashing

A dispute between strangers ended when a woman slashed a man in the hand, police said.

MIDTOWN, NY — A woman who slashed a stranger in Midtown back in November is still on the loose, police said.

The attack happened after the unknown woman and a 34-year-old man got into some sort of verbal dispute on West 39th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues on Nov. 11 at around 8 p.m., police said.

Things got physical when the woman slashed the man in the left hand, leaving him with a minor injury, officials said.

Paramedics brought the man to Lenox Health Greenwich Village in stable condition, while the woman flet west on West 39th Street, according to police.
