Subway Masturbator Caught on Video Was Nabbed by Police

A man caught on video allegedly masturbating on a northbound 2 train a few weeks ago was caught by police a few days later after a tipster saw the video online.

The suspect was Kevin Cuffe, 23, who was arrested this week and charged with public lewdness. The police said a man whose last name was also Cuffe was arrested on December 16, 2015 for allegedly masturbating on a southbound 2 train at a stop in the Bronx.

Cuffe was charged with a misdemeanor and is free on his own recognizance, the New York Daily News reported. His next court date is Oct. 20.

He told the Daily News he was innocent. "I was just looking at her and then she started yelling me, cursing me out. She kicked me off the train," he said.

Deanna Carter was riding the subway on August 15 when she said she caught Cuffe masturbating across the isle from her, and she began filming and cussing him out.

"What the f-ck are you doing?" she says in the video. "Get the f-ck up off this train. You wanna do that freaky sh-t you do that sh-t off the motherf-cking train," she says. "Do it again and I'm gettin' up off this chair and I'm gonna bust your f-ckin' -ss off this f-ckin' train."

A woman named Nicole De'Chabert posted a video to Facebook of what appears to be Cuffe in December allegedly masturbating on the subway:
