Teen Groped Inside Grand Central Station, Man Nabbed: NYPD

MIDTOWN, NY - A Harlem man is accused of groping a 16-year-old girl inside the 42nd Street-Grand Central Station, authorities said.

Johnny Rios, 41, was charged with forcible touching in connection with the Jan. 17 incident, police said.

The teen was walking up a subway staircase inside the station about 4 p.m. when Rios reportedly approached her from behind and grabbed her genitals over her clothing, police said.

The victim screamed and the individual fled into the subway station, police said. The teen did not report any physical injuries as a result of this incident.
