The additions were announced on Wednesday by Michelin, which added 11 New York restaurants to the regularly-updated guide.

And three Midtown eateries, ranging in cuisines from Chinese to Italian and American, were in the newly selected group, first spotted by EaterNY.

Those three Midtown restaurants are Peppercorn Station, Misha, and Fasano.

Here's more information about all three.

Peppercorn Station (66 West 39th St.)

Since opening in 2022, this Sichuan restaurant located on the southern edge of Bryant Park has been hailed for its wide variety of dishes, many designed to be shared. Reviewers highlight their Rattan Pepper Chicken, Peppercorn Beef Cube and Chili Fried Chicken. Michelin called their fish fillet with pickled cabbage a "must-order." The restaurant opened another location in Jersey City earlier this year.

Misha (157 East 53rd St.)

A new spot from acclaimed Chef Alex Stupack provides dinner and lunch menus that Michelin calls "an intriguing smorgasbord of influences and flavors." Notably, the spot offers a $29 hotdog, which the New York Times called "lovable." Aside from praising their tuna poke, kasha varnishkes and seared scallops, Michelin also deemed the cocktail program and dessert menu as highlights.

Fasano (60 East 49th St.)

Operated by the São Paulo-based Fasano hospitality group — and formerly home inside the relocated Four Seasons — Michelin says that the restaurant "honors the gastronomic legacy of northern Italy ." The guide calls out their "excellent" pasta, naming specifically their cappellacci di granseola "with squid ink-soaked pockets stuffed with King crab," and saffron-spiked "fumetto." While a reviewer at Time Out New York also hailed their pasta, like a porcini mushroom pappardelle, they only deemed the veal Milanese "not unenjoyable."
