Times Square Naked Dancing Man Brought to Hospital With Injuries, Cops Say

A naked man who was, dancing, spitting at cops and screaming about Donald Trump in Times Square this morning was injured when he fell from the TKTS staircase and then treated for injuries at Bellevue Hospital, NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said at a press conference Thursday.

Witnesses said the man was screaming, "No, no, no, Trump!" DNAinfo reported.

Boyce said the man was "emotionally disturbed," and that the officers talked to him for 50 minutes trying to talk him down. The officers put out two inflationary bags, and they were trying to get the man to jump onto the bag, Boyce said .The man then jumped into an area the bag didn't cover. He "obviously intended to hurt himself," Boyce said. The man broke his arm, and he was taken to Bellevue Hospital. When he is out of the hospital, he will be charged with indecent exposure.

Officers said they believe the man may have been suicidal. He will undergo a psychological evaluation, an NYPD spokesperson said.

Some reporters have said an NYPD source identified the man as model Krit McClean, but Patch hasn't been able to independently confirm his identity.
