Train Hits Man In Times Square After Trip And Fall: NYPD
The man tripped and fell onto the tracks before being stuck by the train, police said, and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

MIDTOWN, NY — A man was hit by a train inside a Times Square subway station on Wednesday, police said.
The man, believed to be between 20 and 30-years-old, was walking near the edge of the subway platform at around 12:30 on Wednesday when he accidentally lost his footing and tumbled onto the tracks, police said.
As he landed on the train bed, a downtown 3 train was making its way into the station and struck the helpless man, according to officials.

First responders brought the victim to Bellevue Hospital in stable conditions, police said.
NYPD officials said there was no suspected criminality and that the tumble appeared to be an accident.
