Victim Hospitalized After Attack In Manhattan Subway Elevator, Police Say
The victim was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue after the elevator attack.

MIDTOWN, NY — Police were looking Friday for a suspect who punched and cut a man inside the elevator at the Grand Central-42 Street train station, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the victim, a 28-year-old man, was inside an elevator in the station on May 31 at 8:47 a.m. when he and the suspect got into an argument.
Then, the suspect punched the man in the nose and slashed him on the left wrist, before leaving the elevator and then boarding an uptown 4 train, police said.

From there, responding medics took the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition, police said.
Police are investigating the incident and haven't made any arrests yet. On Friday, police released surveillance photos of the suspect in dark clothing with a bike.
