NEW YORK, NY — Couldn't make it into Midtown on Saturday for the St. Patrick's Day Parade? Didn't want to be surrounded by plastered New Jerseyans at 11 a.m. to celebrate your Irish heritage?
Patch went to the parade to live stream the action, so you could get a front row view of the festivities without having to leave bed.

The first group of marchers kicked off the parade at 11 a.m. and the parade goes until 5 p.m.

The parade took place on Fifth Avenue, starting in Midtown Manhattan and traveling up to the Upper East Side. The parade march began on East 44th Street and ended on East 79th Street this year.
