  1. Peggy Spellamn Hoey reports that a pedestrian was killed on William Floyd Parkway in Shirley on Friday night. It happened at Roberts Road East just before 7 p.m. (Patch)
  2. Patch also has the story on a Fund the First fundraiser that has been organized for Timothy Thrane and his family that raised over $100,000 in one day. Thrane has three children and is in a medically-induced coma after being hit by a drunk driver while on duty. (Patch)
  3. Lisa Finn tells us that the most "deadly road" in Suffolk County is New York State Route 25, with 17 fatal crashes from 2017 to 2019, a new study by MoneyGeek found. (Patch)
