Brookhaven Town Highway Department said there will be limited access to Miller Place Road between Echo Avenue and Rt. 25A and from Rt. 25A south to Miller Place-Yaphank Road due to a repaving project. The work will begin about 7 a.m. and will take place all day. The town advises drivers to use alternate routes between 7 a.m and 5 p.m. on Thursday.
