Event Spotlight: Meet Board of Ed Candidates at Sound Beach Civic
Meet the candidates at the Sound Beach Civic Association meeting Monday night.
With school budget votes Board of Education elections fast-approaching, candidates for the Miller Place and Rocky Point boards have been invited to Monday's Sound Beach Civic Association meeting.
The meeting takes place at 7:30 p.m. at the Sound Beach Firehouse and all are invited to attend.
Three new candidates are on the ballot for three open spots in Miller Place while two are running for one spot in Rocky Point.
