2. Gun shots rang out in Port Jefferson early Sunday morning and 6th Precinct officers responded to West Broadway just before 2 a.m. (Patch)
3. A Port Jefferson Station man is facing drug and weapon charges after officers witnessed him engage in a hand-to-hand drug transaction in Centereach. Donald Goodwin, age 31, was being surveilled as a known narcotics dealer. (Daily Voice)
