Man Stabbed To Death In Rocky Point: Police
He was found at around 1:25 a.m., Suffolk police say.
ROCKY POINT, NY — A man was stabbed to death in Rocky Point early Saturday morning, Suffolk police said.
Seventh Precinct officers responded to a home on Quail Road at around 1:25 a.m. after a 911 caller reported a stabbing, police said, adding that when officers arrived, they found Joseph Zoll, 61, and he was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives are asking anyone with information, to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
