- Peggy Spellman Hoey reports that police are looking for a man who stole CBD products in a burglary in Centereach on Aug. 28. He smashed the window of All Day Vapes on Middle Country Road and stole $1,000 worth of products. A cash reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest. (Patch)

- Lisa Finn has the details on a motorcycle crash in East Shoreham on Route 25A on Labor Day. A motorcyclist from Selden Jerry Comeau, 28, was riding a 2009 Harley Davidson with three others, when a crash between two caused a pileup. He was seriously injured. (Patch)
