2. Patch looks at the next phase of $700 million Ronkonkoma Hub development Station Square, a major mixed-use development with housing. Ground broke on the mixed use project at the Long Island Rail Road station on Wednesday. It will ultimately have 388 housing units, 73,000-square-feet of commercial space, 15,500-square-feet of office space, and over 1,200 parking spaces. (Patch)
