SOUND BEACH, NY — Suffolk police say a missing Sound Beach man has been found. The 22-year-old was last seen at his home on Richmond Hill Road at around 2 a.m. on Saturday, police said. Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk that allows law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
