1. Peggy Spellman Hoey reports that police are looking for information about a man who used stolen bank cards in September at Centereach and East Patchogue 7-Elevens. The suspect left the convenience stores in a silver BMW sedan with European-style license plates. (Patch)
2. The Real Deal explains how a closed mall Sears will soon become medical offices. Stony Brook Medicine’s Clinical Practice Management plans to open an outpatient facility at the Smith Haven Mall with an infusion site for non-cancer patients and a pain management center. (The Real Deal)
3. Greater Long Island has details on another new apartment complex. The Arboretum at Farmingville will be built along the south side of Horseblock Rd.
