Section XI Accolades For Rocky Point High School
Rocky Point High School was commended at the Section XI Athletic Directors meeting recently held in Holbrook.

For its recognition as a 2018-19 Scholar-Athlete School of Distinction recipient by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, Rocky Point High School was commended at the Section XI Athletic Directors meeting recently held in Holbrook.
Charles Delargy, the district’s director of health, physical education, athletics and intramurals accepted a plaque at the ceremony on behalf of the school’s third consecutive achievement as one of only eight Section XI schools in Suffolk County and 35 schools statewide to receive the distinction of having 100% of its varsity teams qualify for and receive the Scholar-Athlete team award during their respective sports seasons.
