Suspect Tried To Use $100 Bill At Jersey Mike's In Rocky Point: Police
A man tried to use the bill to purchase a gift card at the Route 25A restaurant on Aug. 22 at around 3:15 p.m., police said.

ROCKY POINT, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect they say used a counterfeit $100 bill at Jersey Mike's in Rocky Point last month.
A man tried to use the bill to purchase a gift card at the Route 25A restaurant on Aug. 22 at around 3:15 p.m., police said.
In surveillance video, he can be seen wearing a blue t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and black shoes.

Detectives from the 7th Squad in Shirley are investigating the crime, which has been classified possession of a forged instrument.
