Here are the top three stories in Miller Place-Rocky Point today:

1. A two-year-old child was pulled from a pool at a Centereach home early Tuesday evening. Police are investigating the incident at Barbara Drive. (Subscription: Newsday)
2. A woman was arrested for DWI after driving into oncoming traffic in Commack after midnight on Tuesday morning. The Ford Expedition was being driven eastbound in the westbound lanes of Jericho Turnpike at 12:50 a.m., and the driver did not stop when police turned sirens on. (News 12)
3. A teenager rescued an 18-year old driver who accidentally drove into Patchogue Bay on Tuesday night. Police say a Good Samaritan witnessed the car enter the water at South Ocean Ave. and helped the driver escape unharmed. (Patch)
