Prior to joining FDT, Mr. Frank was a Partner at a Garden City firm, where he concentrated his practice on employment law and litigation.

Mr. Frank, a Miller Place, NY resident, earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from Long Island University.
