Bagel Boss Reopens In Carle Place With New Cafe Space

CARLE PLACE, NY — Bagel Boss is once again serving customers in Carle Place. The franchisee, who had run the shop for more than 20 years, chose to retire instead of signing a new lease last year.

Bagel Boss reopened Wednesday with a new operator, Lee Riech, who has run the Lake Success store for the past six years.

"I have enjoyed being a part of the Bagel Boss family for six years in Lake Success and am now honored to own a second location," Riech said. "I am excited to bring the same level of commitment and quality to the Carle Place community."

Patrons to the Carle Place Bagel Boss at the Country Glen Center on Old Country Road will find a newly designed cafe space and updated ordering to streamline the process for customers.

Bagel Boss has 18 locations, including 13 across Long Island.
