Construction Worker From Mineola Missing Since Jan. 21: Police

Jose Luis​ Andrade-Torres, 36, was last seen in East Meadow on the evening of Friday, Jan 21. He was reported missing the following Friday.

MINEOLA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Mineola man.

Jose Luis Andrade-Torres, 36, was last seen in East Meadow on the evening of Friday, Jan 21. He was reported missing the following Friday. As of Wednesday, Feb. 2, he is still considered a missing person, according to police.

Investigators describe Andrade-Torres as a 5-foot-6, 160-pound Hispanic male with brown eyes, short black hair, and a goatee. He works in construction and is known to frequent Hempstead. Police said Andrade-Torres is in need of medical attention, but would not elaborate.
