MINEOLA, NY β€” A bathroom fan sparked a house fire in East Williston on Friday morning, police say.

At 11:45 a.m., officers from Nassau's third precinct, and the East Williston Fire Department, responded to a call at a house on Robbins Drive. Police found that the fire was coming from an exhaust fan in a second-story bathroom and were able to extinguish the fire before it spread,

No on was injured, police say.
