Free Legal Advice Offered By Nassau County Bar Association: June 6

Long Islanders facing mortgage foreclosure can get free legal advice from an attorney on June 6.

MINEOLA, NY β€” People looking for legal advice can take advantage of the Nassau County Bar Association's free Legal Information Clinic next month.

Members of the public can schedule a free consultation with an attorney to receive guidance on mortgage and foreclosure issues, according to a press release. Attorneys do not provide legal representation. Interpreters are available upon request.

"Our clinics have helped thousands of homeowners and tenants understand their rights and options in trying to retain their homes," said attorney director Madeline Mullane.
