New iPads Arrive for Jackson Avenue Students
Mineola elementary students received district-issued iPads on Oct. 21.
Third and fourth-grade students at Jackson Avenue School in the Mineola Union Free School District received their district-issued iPads on Oct. 21.
These iPads will be utilized by the students throughout the year to complete assignments on applications such as eSpark and iMovie that prove to be as educational as they are fun.
The iPad program is supported through grants the district has received for its innovation, and now encompasses all students in grades 3-8.
