Cross County Ramp To Bronx River Parkway Will Close Overnight
A detour will be posted and the work is expected to wrap up before the morning commute — if Mother Nature cooperates.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Weather might not be the only thing delaying your trip home after watching the game with friends tonight.
The New York State Department of Transportation said the ramp from the Cross County Parkway eastbound to Exit 6 (Bronx River Parkway northbound) in the City of Yonkers will be closed from 11 p.m. on Monday, September 11, through 5 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, for maintenance, weather permitting.
A detour will be posted during the overnight work.

Motorists are urged by NYSDOT to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone, the agency reminds. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in a driver's license suspension.
