Empire City Casino's Empire Terrace Restaurant Is Off To The Races
The historic Yonkers Raceway's trackside restaurant will have the best seats in the house for one of biggest spectator events in the area.

YONKERS, NY — This weekend is your chance to get a bird's-eye view of racing history and the signature salmon oreganata.
Empire City Casino by MGM Resorts announced that the landmark Yonkers Raceway's trackside restaurant, Empire Terrace, is preparing for a special evening of racing events this Friday, from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
The company said racing aficionados will be able to enjoy a VIP-worthy "Night at the Races" and bear witness to the first leg of the Trotting Triple Crown, as well as the opening leg of the Pacing Triple Crown with the Yonkers Trot and MGM Grand Messenger Stakes events taking place at Yonkers Raceway.

Organizers said the unique experience is conceived as a kickoff to the Fourth of July holiday weekend. And you could do worse than kicking off the holiday trackside at the racing venue that held its first horse races in 1899.
Empire Terrace Restaurant will be serving a gourmet a la carte menu, while guests wager or just watch the top equine athletes in the world compete.

Empire promises the menu includes options to satisfy every palette, including the trackside destinations fan favorite traditional options of ribeye steak and New York cheesecake.
