1st Day Of Early Voting Turnout This Weekend Doubled 2021 Figures
Early voting will run from June 14 until June 22.
NEW YORK CITY — The first day of early voting for 2025 primary elections on Saturday doubled the single day turnout from four years ago, according to the city's board of elections.
According to the board of elections, 30, 553 New Yorkers went to the polls on June 14. Compared to 2021, 16,687 New Yorkers voted on the first day of early voting.
Andrew Cuomo, Zohran Mamdani, Brad Lander, Adrienne Adams, Scott Stringer, Jessica Ramos, Zellnor Myrie, Michael Blake and Whitney Tilson will be on the Democratic mayoral primary ballot.

Manhattan: 10,003
Bronx: 2,698
Brooklyn: 10,244
Queens: 6,470
Staten Island: 1,138

The first three days of early voting saw a total of 94,112 voter check-ins. The total three-day break down for boroughs are:
- Manhattan - 31,036
- Bronx - 7,551
- Brooklyn - 33,185
- Queens - 19,186
- Staten Island - 3,154
