2 Men Shot, Injured by NYC Driver After Parking Dispute: Report
The driver of an Acura MDX and his passenger got out of their vehicle and confronted the two men before firing a gun six times.

NEW YORK CITY — Two men were shot and injured following an alleged parking dispute on a New York City street.
The incident happened on 147th St. and 79th Ave. in the Kew Garden Hills sections of Queens on Sunday, according to a New York Daily News report.
The two men were standing near their double-parked car when a black Acura MDX pulled up around 9:20 p.m, police said.

The driver of the Acura and his passenger got out of their vehicle and confronted the two men. A dispute escalated and one of the suspects pulled out a gun and fired six times, according to the report.
One of the suspects, Alan Rodriguez, 22, was apprehended a short time later and as of Tuesday afternoon has been charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment. He is expected back in court on Friday.

A 41-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg, and a 34-year-old man was shot in the left foot. Both men were taken to Jamaica Hospital.
The other suspect is still at large, police said.
