2025 NYC Pride Parade This Weekend: What To Know

NEW YORK CITY — The annual Pride March in New York City celebrating LBGTQIA+ rights and history will take place this weekend.

The march will kick off on Sunday, June 29 and this year's theme will be “Rise Up: Pride in Protest" which honors the very first Pride March in 1970 — a year after the Stonewall Riots.

The march will begin at 11 a.m. on 26th St & 5th Ave. The grand marshals for this year's parade are Karine Jean-Pierre, Marti Gould Cummings, DJ Lina, Elisa Crespo and Trans formative Schools.

Street Closures For NYC Pride March 2025

The following streets will be closed at the discretion of the NYPD.

Formation:

• 5th Avenue between 33rd Street and 35th Street
• West/East 33rd Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 32nd Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 31st Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 30th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 29th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 28th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 27th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 26th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
• West/East 25th Street between 6th Avenue and Madison Avenue
