3 Dead After Hour Of Violence In NYC Wednesday Night, Police Say
Three men died — two shot and one stabbed — over the course of a single hour in New York City Wednesday night, police say.
NEW YORK CITY — Violence claimed the lives of three people over the course of a single hour in New York City Wednesday night, according to police.
Three people in The Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens died in homicides between 10:55 p.m. and 11:40 p.m., the NYPD announced early Thursday morning.
Two were shot dead and a third fatally stabbed, police said.

All were found in vehicles.
Armed Cyclist In Crown Heights
The fatal hour began in Crown Heights on the corner of Classon and Atlantic avenues when a 37-year-old was fatally shot in the chest and leg inside a Jeep Grand Cherokee, said police.

The man had stopped at a red light when a bicycle rolled up besides the car and the cyclist whipped out a gun, said police.
A woman, 31, who was driving stepped on the gas in an attempt to flee but crashed the Jeep instead, said police.
Both were rushed to Kings County Hospital where the man died, police said.
Dead Man Found Seated In Queens Vehicle
A body was found riddled with bullets in the backseat of a vehicle parked in Queens about 40 minutes later, police said.
The 32-year-old man seated in the back of the vehicle— found parked near Sutphin Boulevard and 121st Avenue in South Jamaica about 11:35 p.m. — had been shot in the neck and chest, said police.
Medics rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital but doctors could not save his life, said the NYPD.
A second man, 28, later walked into the same hospital and said he'd been repeatedly shot in the same location, police said.
Stabbed Man Dies Fleeing In The Bronx
A fatally stabbed man tried to drive away from his attacker only to crash his car in East Bronx moments before 11:40 p.m., police said.
The driver, 30, crashed his car into a pole near East Gun Hill Road and Seymour Avenue after being stabbed about five blocks away, police said.
An argument on Schorr Place and Eastchester Road left the 30-year-old with stab wounds all over his body, police said.
Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene of the crash, according to the NYPD.
