NEW YORK CITY — Three firefighters were left injured after battling a three-alarm fire at a New York City apartment building early Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to 18 Jacobus Place in the Bronx around 12:12 a.m., the FDNY said.
The fire seems to have started on the sixth floor of the building.

Three firefighters and one resident were hurt in the fire. The fire was put under control around 2:30 a.m.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
