$30K Reward Offered For Arsonist's Arrest, Accused Of Torching 11 NYPD Vehicles

NEW YORK CITY — The NYPD is offering a reward up to $30,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect accused of setting fire to 11 NYPD vehicles earlier this month.
Jakhi Lodgson-McCray is wanted in connection with the June 12 incident, Patch previously reported.
He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, green pants, and a blue face mask, police said.

The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. at a parking lot on the intersection of Central and DeKalb avenues in Brooklyn near the 83rd Precinct station house, Patch previously reported.
Lodgson-McCray is accused of climbing over a gate and placing fire starters on the windshields, hoods, and tires of multiple NYPD vehicles. A fire ignited, causing severe damage to 11 NYPD vehicles, police said.

There is a combined reward in the amount of $30,000 being offered in regard to the incident. Up to $3,500 payable by Crime Stoppers upon arrest and indictment.
An additional $6,500 payable by Crime Stoppers upon conviction, $10,000 payable by ATF for arrest and conviction, and $10,000 payable by US Marshals upon arrest of the person(s) responsible for this incident, officials said.
