Barstool's Dave Portnoy Gave This NYC Pizza Spot A Top Score: See Here

The pizzeria is expected to reopen on May 21 after being closed for the last four days.

NEW YORK CITY — Barstool Sport's Dave Portnoy just gave a Manhattan pizzeria one of his highest pizza ratings ever — turning a relatively new business into the next go-to spot in Little Italy.

Ceres, located at 164 Mott St., has only been open for around three months but was able to secure a 9.2 out of 10 score from Portnoy.

The Barstool Sports founder, on May 13, called Ceres Pizza “spectacular” and “must-have, top-of-the-list Manhattan pizza — as good as it gets.”
