RANDALL'S ISLAND, NY — The three-day Panorama Festival on Randall's Island, Coachella's little-sister fest in NYC, is giving the 2017 Governor's Ball lineup a run for its money in its second year on the scene.

Frank Ocean, Solange, Tame Impala, Alt-J, Nine Inch Nails and A Tribe Called Quest were announced Monday as the top acts in Panorama's lineup for the weekend of July 28 through July 30, 2017.

And the big names keep coming further down the bill: MGMT, Spoon, Girl Talk, Belle & Sebastian, Mitski, Vince Staples, Justice, DJ Shadow, Cashmere Cat and more.
