Director of Operations and acclaimed mixologist David Choi created the handcrafted cocktail menu. Some highlights include:
- The Avión De Papel with Illegal mezcal
- Mijenta Reposado - tequila, Aperol, Amaro Montenegro, fresh lemon juice, and agave
- Sakura Sour with Japanese whisky, lemon juice, cherry blossom syrup, and egg whites
- Garden of Olympus with rhum agricole, lime juice, demerara syrup, basil, and mixed berries; zero-proof Yuz A Lyre with yuzu juice, elderflower, honey syrups and Lyre’s dry London spirit.
"High Bar is a celebration of New York from above—accessible, stylish, and built for memorable moments. Our signature cocktail program is globally inspired—blending Asian flavors from my heritage with European inspiration," Choi told Patch. "These cocktails are crafted to spark conversation and reflect the international energy of Times Square, filling the gap between generic offerings and truly memorable rooftop experiences."
