Hugh Jackman Slices Past Rockefeller Xmas Tree Barrier, Gets Scolded

NEW YORK CITY — "Wolverine" actor Hugh Jackman's stab at trying to snikt closer to the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree ended comically.
The star posted on Instagram that he woke up early Christmas morning and walked to the famed tree.
Jackman wrote he found it "so beautiful and not crowded at all" before dropping a plot twist.

"I did get in trouble for going beyond the barrier but the security guard was nice and let me go with just a warning," he wrote.
Jackman's misadventure sliced off laughter for many Instagram users.
