The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) informs medallion and SHL owners, agents, and permit holders that the TIF/SHLIF Improvement Surcharge payment deadline for the quarter which ended on September 30, 2016 has been extended from November 14, 2016 to Friday, November 25, 2016.
Failure to submit your payment by November 25, 2016 may result in a summons that could result in fines and/or possible suspension of your license until compliance. Agents who are responsible for owner payments are liable for non-payment.

Payments can only be made on-line using the On-Line Transaction system (LARS) which can be found at https://www1.nyc.gov/lars/.
